Students or parents/guardians are responsible for selecting a course that is appropriate for the student’s learning needs. Our Team may recommend a different course or learning level based on the student’s existing Quran reading, Tajweed, or Hifz ability. 5. Class Schedule
Classes are conducted online according to the schedule agreed upon between Taqi Hifz Academy and the student or parent/guardian. Class schedules may depend on:

Students are expected to attend classes on time and maintain regular attendance.
6. Attendance and Missed Classes
Students should attend scheduled classes regularly and arrive on time. If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, the student or parent/guardian should inform Taqi Hifz Academy as early as reasonably possible. Repeated absence, late arrival, or failure to communicate may affect the student’s learning progress. Any Arrangements for missed or replacement classes will be handled according to the academy’s applicable class policy.
7. Online Learning Requirements
Students are responsible for having the equipment and internet connection necessary to participate in online classes. This may include:
A suitable smartphone, tablet, computer, or other compatible device
Reliable internet access
Working microphone
Camera where required or appropriate
A suitable environment for attending classes
Any required online meeting or communication application
Taqi Hifz Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student’s device, internet connection, electricity supply, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Student and Parent Responsibilities
Students and parents/guardians are expected to:

9. Teacher and Class Arrangements
Taqi Hifz Academy may assign or change teachers based on availability, course requirements, student needs, scheduling, or other operational reasons. We aim to provide consistent and appropriate educational support, but we cannot guarantee that a particular teacher will always remain assigned to a student. We also reserve the right to adjust class arrangements when reasonably necessary.

Taqi Hifz Academy provides Quran, Tajweed, and Hifz education and guidance. However, student progress depends on several factors, including:

Practice and revision
Individual learning ability
Consistency
Previous knowledge
Home practice
Student participation

Therefore, we do not guarantee a specific learning outcome, memorization level, completion date, examination result, or other individual academic result.
11. Fees and Payments
Where applicable, course fees must be paid according to the payment terms communicated by Taqi Hifz Academy before or during enrollment. Students or parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payments on time. Course Fees, payment schedules, discounts, and available payment methods may vary by course or student arrangement. Taqi Hifz Academy reserves the right to suspend or discontinue access to classes where required payments remain outstanding.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
Any refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or course withdrawal will be handled according to the refund and cancellation policy communicated by Taqi Hifz Academy at the time of enrollment. Before making a payment, students or parents/guardians should review the applicable payment and cancellation terms.
